Looking for only Jango worthy songs...

My next Jango song that might be removed
from Jango is "J Love" the original.
For some reason neither my remix
or my original sound is as
pristine as they sound on the album.
If you really want to hear it done right
you might need to download it or
buy the album.

I have listened several times and I
am not sure if it is "Jango worthy". It
always takes a few days to have a
song disabled so please be patient.

 Thanks!

P.S. I made one request for removal and
fourteen plays is not very good if it is
sluggish through September I will
make a second request. When I
checked "Seasons" was doing about
the same so again we will see how
September goes.

My Dreams as a Songwriter...

I plan to keep this website for a while...
I hope at some point that I will be a songwriter
either working for a label or an individual. I
would probably want to write music for just one
or two people or labels.

I really enjoy songwriting. I have been songwriting
for fifteen years. Until that opportunity presents itself
I will put my new music on Jango.

I enjoy scoring songs with parts for instruments... guitar,
oboe, saxophone, flute, and keyboard. I have not scored
for percussion yet but, I know I will get to it eventually.

Acoustic Music

Yes, my next release will be an acoustic piece. You will
hear it on CD Baby if it gets more plays or as many plays
as "Rain to Sunshine"on Jango. It will be an acoustic
guitar, bass and flute trio.

I was recently in an acoustic music contest, so I know
what acoustic music  is and what it's not. Whether I will
ever have an Acoustic Gig is left to be determined. If I did
get an acoustic gig, I would be performing flute.

B.Z. Lewis, of Studio 132  is a pretty high profile
engineer/artist/musician so, I'm pretty honored to
be collaborating with him soon.

It is a bit classical, syncopated as usual and there is
a surprizing new style at the end. If you want you can
quess. If you are correct I will send you one of my
instrumental CD's "for free".

If no one responds to this idea by September 30th
I will delete that part of this blog.
the contest idea.
fine too!

Why do I blog?

I am enjoying building my fan base as
a focused effort. This seems to be the best time to do that since
the Talent Competition in August put me out there in a new way.
Also I have more time right now.

I believe I should maintain my individuality for my fans, so when
I blog I will try to speak from my point of view.  I do realize that whomever
I team up with repeatedly for an instrumental could be a critical part of
my success at getting to the next level.

Alot of people prefer bands to solo artists. I acknowledge that here! This
blog is how you get a chance to hear what's happening and how my fans
can get involved.

Fortunately, so far I have been able to collaborate with some very
fine artists, so right now, I am satisfied with the CD's I have put out there.

I sincerely say "thanks" to those I have worked with on both of my projects,
my fans at Jango and supporters.

Stay tuned for  more new music in 2010!
